We don’t pour slabs, but we’ll guide you. For long-term storage, a 4″ concrete slab (reinforced, broom finish) is a great base. Gravel works if you want to save money and still have drainage—just make it level and compacted. Dirt is a “for now” solution; it shifts with weather. Yep. Regular or boxed-eave is fine in mild, dry spots. If you’ve got trees, heavy rain, or snow, go vertical roof so water and debris actually leave the roof instead of camping out there.

Yes, but it’s cleaner (and cheaper) to plan openings up front. Cutting into finished panels is doable; it just adds labor and trim. If you think you’ll want a roll-up door down the road, tell us now and we’ll frame that bay for it.
