20-Year Limited Material Warranty

Our 20-year limited material warranty covers rust-through of frame panels and deterioration of structural components for two decades from the date of installation. Warranty Limitations

As with any product backed by warranties, there are some exceptions and limitations to your building's coverage. Here's what you should know:

Unauthorized Modifications
Unauthorized modifications to your metal building can void your warranties. This includes any changes or additions made without approval from AA Metal Buildings.
Weather Events
Extreme weather events are not covered under our standard warranties. Natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and severe storms fall outside the scope of our warranty coverage. For this, we recommend additional insurance to protect your investments.
